Classic Kick (Unlabeled) - Our Bread and Butter Group Fitness Kickboxing Class. Perfect for First Timers!
Boxing & Abs - Boxing Focused Bag Rounds, with an Ab Circuit to Finish.
Circuit Kick - Kickboxing to Warm Up, followed by Stations that incorporate Strength Exercises with Weights & Skills Drills!
Power Kick - 1 hr Session w/ more reps, a higher intensity, and more advanced techniques. (Must have Kickboxing or Boxing Experience to participate).
